The system can be set to auto-poll for new Queue Messages. This will force the system to regularly check for Queue Messages where the Due Date/Time has been reached and place a Tourplan M icon in the System Tray if a new one arrives:
Clicking on the icon will return the user to the User Queue tab of the menu with the list of Queued Messages refreshed.
The polling interval can be specified in seconds in the QUEUE_POLL_INTERVAL INI switch. This has a minimum interval of 300 seconds (5 minutes) and if 0 or not specified the system will not poll automatically, forcing the user to collect their Queue Messages manually.
